International POW 25March-1ِApril

I this week’s POW, there is a different taste of images from what was published in previous posts. Maybe you can notice it, but this post in particular was tending to more show emotion of people, or from what the whole environment of the photo might give to everyone taking a look at it.

This post will start from Greece, then it will go to Ukraine, and the metro catastrophe in the US, all the way to the middle east and ending with a photo from Brazil.

One thing to notice, this week the whole world was witnessing the “Earth Hour” event, which is a worldwide event held towards the end of March annually, encouraging households and businesses to turn off their non-essential lights for one hour to raise awareness about the need to take action on climate change.

While protests are still going in many places in the world, from Turkey, Brazil, and other places, Syria is still living under pressure in so many levels, mainly the constant reports being published on starvation of a big number of town, especially Al-Yarmouk camp.

Freedom, is freedom, no matter how you turn it around, it is still called freedom.

So whenever someone what to show that we do have freedom but we cannot do this or that, it won’t be called freedom.

Egypt is still striving for freedom, even after the elections, freedom is still not found.

and Egypt isn’t the only country, Ukraine, Syria, Thailand and many more, and even people inside a democratic country, it doesn’t matter, people want freedom.
