Perhaps one of most “famous” news that Lebanon has witnessed during this week was the death of the artist Wadih El Safi at the age of 92 years.

In another news, the opening of a one of it’s kind museum in Beirut for minerals is very distinctive, not only in Lebanon but also for the whole world.

Long awaited and certainly the mineral event of the year will be the grand opening of the mim museum in Beirut, Lebanon. The collection was built by Salim Edde and consists of more than 1400 minerals from 60 different countries.     Description with the photo of the Late Wadih Al Safi is not at the Saint George Greek Orthodox Church but at the Catholic Saint George Church.
